The objective of the Automated Fax Filing System is to enable documents to be filed to a Court by
fax, charge the filing fees to your credit card, and eliminate the need to file in person at the Courthouse. Save
TIME by simply walking to your fax machine rather than traveling to the Courthouse. Save MONEY by saving time.

HOW TO USE THE AUTOMATED FAX FILING SYSTEM
STEP 1 - SERVICE ACTIVATION
- Call 800-322-4945 from any touch tone phone and answer the questions using the touch tone keypad of your phone.
- You will be prompted to enter you credit card number and expiration date along with your fax number including the area code (do NOT enter 1 before the number).
- You will receive by fax complete instructions on how to use the Automated Fax Filing System, a list
of Participating Courts along with a Registration Form that we ask you to complete, sign and return
to us by fax. This process will complete your Service Activation
STEP 2 - FAX FILING
- From the registered fax machine, CALL the number of the Court where you wish to file your document.
- Insert the document(s) into the machine and press START as you would with any other fax.
The automated Fax Filing System will date and time stamp your document upon receipt.
The Clerk of Court will process your document(s) as any document received at a window. The Clerk will also call the System and charge the correct filing fee to your credit card. At this point, you will receive by fax: a Confirmation of Receipt, a Charge Receipt and a Conformed Face Sheet.
