When you come to the court house you please note that in the interest of security you or your bags may be search subjected to search and or you may be asked to pass thru a metal detector before be allowed into the courtroom. The Law Library is located in Room 414 in the Quincy Court House at 520 Main Street. (Please see our locations page for directions.) The phone number is 530-283-6325. Library Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The following are the official holidays of the Plumas Superior Court. On these days, full-time probationary and permanent employees shall be entitled to time off with full pay and part-time probationary and permanent employees shall be entitled to time off with pay prorated on their part-time equivalent. A holiday occurring on a Saturday is observed on the preceding Friday and a holiday occurring on a Sunday is observed on the following Monday, pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 987.
