The
following are the official holidays of the
Plumas Superior Court. On these days,
full-time probationary and permanent
employees shall be entitled to time off with
full pay and part-time probationary and
permanent employees shall be entitled to
time off with pay prorated on their
part-time equivalent. A holiday occurring on
a Saturday is observed on the preceding
Friday and a holiday occurring on a Sunday
is observed on the following Monday,
pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule
987.
